CLASS LOCATION:  SYDENSTRICkER CABIN OF PEARL S BUCK BIRTHPLACE 8129 Senaca Trail (rt. 219)

Bring a notebook and comfort items such as blanket, pillow, yoga mats, ETC.  This class will involve an open discussion of end of life concerns.  It will also include:  breath work, meditation, journaling, and stretching- in an atmosphere of abundance of love and support.   Food will be provided.

The instructor for this class is Blair Campbell.  Her interest in creating such a class originated with the impending death of her mother.  Her story is as follows.  “My mother left her physical body at 42 years young. But her spirit and what made her my mom left years before. Brain cancer took her away and I distinctly remember grieving her death long before she took her last breath. She died alone in a dark room in a nursing home. I want people to know there are ways to cope and plan for death. The end of life does not have to be scary. There is so much to learn and so much love. Come with me and dip your toe into the flowing river that is life & death.  Loving your best life can help achieve a good death.”
