We will combine asanas or yoga poses and stretches that combine your breath to your movements in a gentle way to help alleviate tension and stress in the physical body and mind. At the close of each individual class, we will walk away with greater flexibility, an eased mind, body, and soul.
Participants need to bring the following:
Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes that can easily be removed.
Please bring a Yoga mat or a pillow and a blanket( instructor has some to borrow if needed)

It is also a time for reflection.” One of her favorite aspects of art is that you can spread hope and joy when you make art and share it. She is excited to share yoga and art with you!
